Theodore Perrin

From meeting new clients to handling difficult real estate transactions, Theodore "Ted" Perrin finds every aspect of chasing real estate fulfilling.  Ted has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. In that time, he has brokered over $150M in transactions, spanning an array of asset classes, and gathered a wealth of highly valuable experiences.  He is passionate about helping clients find their way and takes great satisfaction in seeing a deal come together.

While an electrical engineer in his early professional career Ted bought his own first investment property in 1998, later became a licensed real agent in 2002, and opened his first real estate brokerage firm in 2006.  During his long career, he has worked with and executed transactions with clients from all over the world including Israel, Britain, Czechoslovakia, China, Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, and Canada.  He currently has active brokerages in Southern FL and Northern NY.  Ted's experience cuts across multiple facets of residential and commercial real estate including buying, selling, flipping, renovating, managing, and renting. Ted has brokered transaction ranging in value up to over $25M.  At one time Ted’s South Florida office was managing over 1500 housing units.  In addition to brokering real estate, Ted has bought, renovated, rented, and sold more than 20 properties of his own.

At this time in Ted’s career, he is laser focused on multi-family opportunities in target growth markets when not assisting his agents in Florida (Dickie Martinez) and Northern NY (Rob Trim).  Always dependably consulting with his clients to help them fulfill their ambitions of buying, selling, and managing their real estate investment projects.  His vast experience and knowledge of the multi-family real estate market ensures his clients smooth and successful journeys throughout every transaction and investment life cycle.
